This deposit guarantees your spot and allows us to prepare for your appointment or service. Nonrefundable Deposit: Once the deposit is made, it is nonrefundable under any circumstances, including late cancellations/rescheduling or changes to the booking. Why a Nonrefundable Deposit? This policy ensures that we can allocate time and resources to provide you with the best possible service. When an appointment is reserved, we commit our time to you, and late cancellations or changes can impact our ability to serve others. Cancellation Policy Notice We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, please be aware of our cancellation policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. No Cancellations or Rescheduling within 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we will not be able to accommodate the request, and the appointment will be considered confirmed.
