REFUND POLICY

At Jevana Journeys, we strive to provide exceptionally curated travel planning services, tailored and pre-made itineraries, and expert consultation to ensure unforgettable travel experiences. We understand the need for flexibility; however, certain guidelines govern our refund policy:

Customized Itineraries and Curated Travel Planning Services

Booking and Confirmation:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking to initiate the planning process. This deposit confirms your commitment to proceed with our services.

Upon confirmation of the itinerary or finalized travel package, the remaining balance is due before the commencement of the trip.

Refunds:

If cancellation occurs:

2 months before the trip start date, a partial refund may be considered, excluding the non-refundable deposit and any expenses already incurred in the planning process.

1 month before the trip start date, refunds are not guaranteed due to the advanced planning and reservations made on your behalf. However, we'll make efforts to negotiate refunds with service providers, subject to their policies.

Changes and Modifications:

Changes to the itinerary requested after confirmation may incur additional fees. Any alterations are subject to availability and agreement between both parties.

Pre-Made Itineraries

Our pre-made itineraries are designed to provide you with an overview of a destination to minimize your time spent planning. All sales of our digital product are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, content, or technical issues with the customer's devices.

In the event link(s) within the itinerary is broken, please send an email to hello@jevanajourneys.com outlining which link(s) is broken.

Travel Consultation Services

Refunds:

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If cancellation occurs before the consultation, a full refund will be issued.
